sciprotec roller hearth furnaces are ideal for heat treatment of extremely large and heavy parts and batches. In a continuous process, all processes – from batching to controlled cooling down – can be carried out in parallel up to an operating temperature of 550°C (1022°F). Every day, our reference furnaces demonstrate their quality- and process-oriented dependability as well as their economic reliability.

- Roller Hearth Feeding Section
- Roller Hearth Furnace
Automatic batching (assembling) of individual baskets to form a multi-basket batch. Automatic transport of the assembled batch into the annealing furnace.
- Annealing Furnace with Horizontal Circulation
- Roller Hearth Furnaces
Heating of the batch to the annealing temperature. Maintaining of the temperature for the entire length of the annealing process. Perfectly matched mechanical and electronic components allow for an extremely uniform temperature distribution across the entire payload space.
- Cooling section with freely configurable cooling rate
Roller Hearth Furnaces
State-of-the-art furnace technology is highly dependent on temperature control. Hence, the final cooling process outside the furnace takes place under defined and controlled conditions. The cooling section can be controlled by a valve control system or a cooling air process. The cooling rate is freely configurable. Circulating fans are used to ensure a homogeneous cooling of the entire batch.
